Product details

Rubber soft joint is a kind of rubber connection, which is composed of rubber sphere and loose metal flange with inner rubber layer, nylon cord fabric reinforcement and outer rubber layer composite. It has the characteristics of high pressure resistance, good elasticity, large displacement, balance pipe deviation, vibration absorption, good noise reduction effect, and easy installation. Widely used in chemical industry, construction, water supply, drainage, petroleum, light heavy industry, refrigeration, health, water heating, fire, power and other basic projects.



Product characteristics

1, the rubber joint can greatly reduce the vibration and noise of the pipeline system, and can fundamentally solve the problems of interface displacement, axial expansion and different concentricity of various pipelines.

2, according to different materials, rubber joints can be made of acid resistance, alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance, heat resistance and other varieties, to adapt to a variety of media and environment.

3, the rubber joint material is polar rubber, good sealing, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, long service life, but avoid contact with sharp metal instruments, so as not to puncture the ball.

4, if the rubber joint can be used in the overhead elastic bracket, the bolts should be tightened diagonally when installing.

5, such as rubber joint pipe pressure is too high, the use of limit bolts to connect the two ends of the flange together.
